First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hardy Diagnostics.
Territory Account Manager
The interview process for a Territory Account Manager role usually involves 5 steps. First, there's a screening call with HR where they'll talk about the job and benefits. Then, a quick introductory call with the hiring manager, who'll ask about your background and why you're interested in Hardy Diagnostics' sales team. Next, you'll interview with both the hiring manager and the Sales Director. Following that, you'll need to do a presentation where you role-play selling a product to management who will act as the customer. Finally, there's a last interview with the CEO and COO.
- Can you walk us through your experience?
- What motivated your decision to pursue a career in sales?
- What aspects of Microbiology appeal to you?
Lab Technician
It was a very professional interview, with a panel of interviewers who all had different questions. They were each from a different part of the company, so I could tell that whoever got the job would be known throughout the company.
- How would you handle prioritization issues?
Microbiology Intern
I got a call to set up an interview. It was a general interview with general questions. The president, department manager, and supervisor were all there to ask questions. They gave me a personality test, and a math and verbal test. Then I had a 15-minute test where I had to pretend to email people. After all that, I never heard back about whether I got the job. The communication was bad.
- How did you feel about being judged on your GPA?
QA/QC Technician
Applied online through their website. Got contacted very quickly for an interview and it was set up within the week of applying. The interview was with the hiring manager and included a brief tour of the facility. After the interview, a general education test was given along with a personality test. The interview part took about 1 hour, and the testing part took about 30 minutes.
- Was a general education test administered?
- Was a personality test administered?
