It was a pretty standard phone interview followed by an in-person meeting. Everything went well, and the interviewers were really nice, which made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel stressed at all. They asked me about my past work and why I was looking for a job with the company. It was a pretty straightforward process with no real curveballs in terms of the kinds of questions or how many there were.

Had 2 phone interviews, each about an hour long, then they offered an in house interview. The company set up the in house interview, but I had to arrange and pay for my own flights and transportation, which felt weird. After that, I had to mail in my receipts and bank info for reimbursement.

First I had to do an online personality test. Right after I finished that, I got another email saying I did well and needed to take a 3-hour online skills and IQ test. This test also included behavioral questions and situational questions about sales. After I finished that test, I got a phone call for a phone interview. The following week, I had to go to a conference center for a 2:1 interview over a monitor with the President. He didn't ask much. A few days later, they called me to fly to Tennessee for a day of ride-along with a sales rep. The next day, I had a face-to-face interview with the President and HR, and I got the offer that day. The 3-hour test covered a lot about work ethic, wanting you to work 60 hours a week.

The interview process was similar to what others have shared, but I also had a more in-depth conversation with the owner. It made me uncomfortable when they repeatedly asked about me having a child. After looking into it more, I saw on jobvent.com that this company has issues with employees having a decent work-life balance.
