Had a few interviews. First was a phone call, then an in-person meeting at a branch. Both interviews were pretty standard and lasted about 30-45 minutes each.

The interview process involved a Zoom/in-person meeting with the hiring manager. After a week with no response, I experienced complete radio silence. It's important to provide candidates who invested their time with a response, even if they don't get the job. Letting them know if the interviewing process is still ongoing after a week would be courteous, as a week is a long time to wait for updates.

The interview was super quick. The person interviewing me was just reading questions from a list and didn't ask anything else. They didn't try to learn about me or what I could do for the job, and they didn't even look at my resume. It felt like the workplace wasn't very welcoming.

The interview process started with an online test at their corporate headquarters that checked my money counting and banking skills. After that, I had an interview with the branch manager at the closest retail location. The manager made me feel comfortable during the whole interview. Even though the interview went well, the hr director called to say I wasn't chosen for the position. I appreciated that they called me even though I didn't get the job. It was an easy and good process overall.
