We met over Teams, but someone had connection issues, so she called me and we chatted on the phone. It was a really short interview, maybe 15-20 minutes. She went over the next steps, talked about benefits, and shared some of Harbor Group's history.

The interview process was very pleasant. Although I ultimately accepted another offer that better fit my schedule, I found this company to be great. I think I would have chosen them if I had to decide again. They also offered competitive salary. When I stated my desired range, they indicated it was on the lower end of their typical salaries, which was encouraging.

The interview process started out great. The recruiter was very communicative and kept things moving. I went through three interviews total - two online and one in person. Since then, I've followed up about my status and was told I'm still being considered, but it's been months since the interview. It's a bad candidate experience to have little to no communication after three rounds of interviews, especially when I had to rearrange my work schedule. Please be upfront with candidates and give clear updates instead of keeping them hanging.

The interview process was pretty quick and straightforward. I had a phone call with the recruiter first, and then within a week, I went in person to the property for an interview with the community manager. They asked standard interview questions about my past jobs and skills. It was a really casual interview.
