First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HARBOR CAPITAL ADVISORS.
Business Development Analyst
I had 3 rounds of interviews and then got ghosted. Super unprofessional, wouldn't suggest applying. Totally wasted my time.
- What do you know about Harbor Capital
Investor Services Representative
The interview process was great, everyone was super friendly! I spoke with the HR manager for a debrief, then the Manager, the Group Manager, and potentially the VP. They all asked standard questions. They consider your past experience, but also really focus on how well you'd fit into the company. My advice: be yourself, be funny, and ask lots of questions!
- What else can you tell me?
Shareholder Services Representative
Started with a quick phone call, then had two more interviews with different managers and the group manager. They asked standard interview questions and some questions about how I'd handle specific situations. The whole process was pretty relaxed and everyone was nice.
- What do you think is missing on your resume?
Apprentice
I interviewed with Harbor Funds for an apprenticeship. I felt I answered their questions well and easily, but I didn't get the job because I had more experience than they were looking for. I'd still recommend them though, they seem to really care about their employees.
- Can you share an instance of a challenging situation where you needed to work together with your team?
