Behavioral

The interview process was pretty laid-back and casual, but it's still important to treat it with respect. If your personality clicks with the management team, they're likely to offer you the position. I think dressing smart casual is a good way to make a solid first impression.

It was a three-step process. First, I had to complete an online personality and IQ test, which was quite challenging due to its fast pace. After that, I had an interview at their headquarters in Stockholm, where I was informed that I was being evaluated alongside three other candidates. This made me feel that the test scores were quite important for the overall assessment.

Behavioral Technical Case

So, there were like 5 stages in this interview process. It started with a CV screening, then a logic and personality test, followed by an HR interview. After that, there was an interview with a department head, then a case study, and finally, a round with someone whose role I didn't catch. Oh, and for the first round, they actually missed their call to me! And in the very last interview, they told me they were going in a different direction and wouldn't be hiring anyone for the position at all. It was quite a rough experience.

Behavioral Case
