First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Happier Living.
PMHNP-BC
The interview experience was great, really smooth and organized. It was very straightforward. The interviewer gave a PowerPoint presentation that went over the compensation, benefits, and how the workflow operates. The whole thing took about 40 minutes. She mentioned they'd make a decision in a few days, and no second interview is needed.
- Tell me more about your practice philosophy and therapy approaches.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
We had our interview over Zoom. The person I spoke with was very nice and the meeting felt casual. They gave a detailed presentation about Happier Living, and I had the chance to ask questions. They asked about my interest in this field and my experience, and then inquired about my salary expectations.
- How would you feel about providing therapy today, and what therapeutic approaches do you prefer?
- What are your salary expectations?
Psychologist
The interview process was straightforward and all my concerns were addressed. The interviewer was quite pleasant and well-prepared, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed throughout.
- Can you describe your previous experience working as a psychologist?
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
The interview process was a good experience overall and felt professional. I got a Calendly link from the Talent Acquisition Partner to set up the interview, which was super easy. First, they gave a presentation about the company and the job, giving good info on the treatment approach, schedule, how they measure success, pay, and benefits. Then, the Talent Acquisition Partner asked me some direct, open-ended questions about my past experience, why I'm interested in this company and role, and what's important to me. I had plenty of time to ask my own questions, and they even gave me their contact info in case I thought of more and said I could meet again if I wanted.
- Are you comfortable with providing psychotherapy to your clients?
