Assistante RH
The recruitment process has several stages. First, there's a phone call, then a video conference interview, followed by an in-person interview. A presentation of the tasks is given, and English proficiency is required.
- What is your proficiency level with the Kélio time management software?
Referent
The interview followed a typical structure. We started with some casual chat. Then, everyone introduced themselves, and the candidate had a chance to talk about themselves. We asked about their motivation. Technical questions were asked, and the candidate had time for their own questions. Finally, we discussed the next steps in the process.
- The key factors for me were the job-specific, technically relevant questions that test quick solution orientation.
Technical Trainer
Got a reply to my application the very next day. Scheduled a meeting with the department and recruiting. The Teams call was very pleasant. They asked specific questions about my application documents. I felt like they were really probing, which is how it should be. No indifference like "just fill the position". All in all, very positive!!!
- What ratio of work with apprentices and work within the organization would you prefer?
Quality Engineer
The company recruitment team attended the university career fair in March. In May, I got a call from them asking to schedule a phone interview. This phone interview had two interviewers who asked general interview questions, as well as questions about quality and my education. It lasted an hour and they said they would follow up in a few business days. I heard back from them and they invited me for an in-person interview. I was given a tour of the manufacturing plant and then taken to the panel for the interview.
- Are you familiar with DMAIC?
