First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hanmi Financial.
Analyst
I had two phone chats, one with the recruiter and another with the hiring manager and the team. It was pretty fast and simple. They communicated well the whole time. Took about a month.
- Can you elaborate on your previous experience?
Credit Analyst
It was a recruiter phone screen where they asked about my experience and interest in the role, then an in-person interview with some SVPs and credit managers. It was mostly behavioral questions with some technical ones. It wasn't too hard and everyone was nice.
- Can you start by telling me about yourself?
Intern
Round 1 was a video call with HR. Round 2 was a panel interview with managers. They asked standard behavioral questions. It was their first time running an internship program, so they were still working out the kinks.
- Can you share an experience where you encountered an ethical dilemma and describe how you handled it?
Treasury Officer
I sent in my resume to HR, then had an in-person interview with the team. After that, I interviewed with the Department Manager. A week later, HR gave me a written offer. The whole process took about two weeks.
- What strengths do you bring to teamwork?
