& Process

I had a phone chat with a recruiter, then an on-site interview with a Clinician. We mainly discussed the company, benefits, my past experience, and role duties. A facility tour was given at the end.

I had a phone call with a recruiter to talk about the location, then an interview with the area manager where we discussed qualifications and expectations. It wasn't the best experience because the interviewers didn't want to talk much about the area.

Applied online and heard back from the area manager via email to schedule an interview. The interview was comprehensive and everyone was very friendly. I had the chance to ask my own questions. They inquired about my availability to start, as they needed to fill the role quickly. I received a job offer a few days later. About a week after that, I got the authorization forms from HR for my background check and drug screening. The whole hiring journey took approximately a month, though I suspect this might be longer than usual for them, possibly due to a holiday that might have slowed down the background check results.

The whole process took about 5 business days from the first call to getting the offer, which felt pretty fast! Everyone I talked to was super nice and seemed really passionate about their work, which was a big plus for me. It started with applying online, then a phone screen with HR. After that, I had phone interviews with the hiring manager and a team member. Then, an in-person interview with the hiring manager and another team member, plus an office tour. I also had a phone interview with a second team member. They also gave me a design test/sample project. Finally, the hiring manager called with the offer. I also had to pass a background check and drug panel before confirming my start date.
