Sales
The process started with a call with the recruiter, then a call with the VP. This company reached out to me, but the VP didn't even pay attention during my interview. I've never seen someone so obviously multitask while doing everything but paying attention. Your company’s loss. Next time pay attention to the reps you actively reach out and interview or you are going to pass up on more top performers.
- Could you walk me through your background?
Sales
The interview process was quick and very enjoyable. I had an hour long call with the sales director, then had two in-person interviews where I got to meet Garrett, the CEO, as well as a few members of the sales team and account management team. I was able to join in on the company happy hour and succulent making activity and meet more team members and was then offered the job.
- They went into depth about my prior sales experience.
- They had me do a quick mock sales pitch.
- They had me discuss how I would email a customer.
Sales
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I felt like my questions were answered well, and I got a good overall sense of the job, team, and company goals. It started with a phone screen, then an onsite with two sales team members, and finished with another onsite with the leadership team. It took about three weeks from the first email to when I accepted the offer.
- Can you discuss your prior experience working with a freemium business model?
