Behavioral

I never heard back from the hiring manager, recruiter, or recruiting coordinator. The recruiting coordinator and recruiter were friendly and kind, but everyone seemed to be in a rush. When I got to the hiring manager, he was late and didn’t ask me a thing about my background; apparently, he’d just gotten off a flight. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it wasn’t the best either. I was just really sold on the platform and the company values aligned with mine.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was thorough and gave me plenty of time to ask questions in the later stages. First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then another with a hiring manager. After that, I had an onsite interview with 4 team members. The onsite included some technical questions, so it's important to research the company, its growth phase, and prepare examples of how you can contribute to a fast-growing team. Overall, it was a smooth and fast-paced process! I got feedback after each stage within 24-48 hours, which was really impressive.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was quick, with decisions on next steps coming within a couple of days for each stage, and sometimes even the same day! I met with several team members and a co-founder who answered all my questions thoroughly. The process involved an initial hiring manager screen, followed by a take-home assignment, and then a final onsite interview before moving to an offer.
