The recruiter call was very fast and rushed. The recruiter was talking to other people and walking around while we were on the call. He said he'd follow up within 24 hours, but I never heard back, even after I followed up.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was supposed to be quick, like three steps in two weeks with a business case, but it ended up taking over five weeks. There were long gaps with no communication. They kept telling me to hurry up, but then I wouldn't hear back for days or weeks. The number of steps also grew from three to six. After over two weeks of silence, they asked me to come in for a whole day, but still no offer or clear next steps. When I brought this up, they said I was the top choice and salary wasn't an issue, and HR even gave a salary range. But then they said my salary expectations, which were within that range, were too high. They also reposted the job while I was interviewing, making me wonder if they were serious or just wanted free business ideas. One interviewer hadn't even read my CV properly and made wrong assumptions about me. It went from exciting to disorganized and disappointing. Hope they get more transparent and respect people's time.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and after a couple of weeks, I was asked to interview with the hiring manager. Then, I interviewed with four team members. They asked me to create a final presentation. After that, I got a verbal offer from the recruiter which confirmed my salary expectations and the next steps. It was a week of no communication. I emailed the recruiter to ask what was going on and when I could expect the final offer, only to find out they were still interviewing other candidates. The recruiter then ghosted me. The company appears quite chaotic and disorganized. It makes you wonder how they operate if this is how they manage interviews.
