This interview process was a dumpster fire. It was disorganized with shifting timelines and expectations. I was also repeatedly interrupted and cut off while presenting my responses. The hiring manager repeatedly tried to emphasize how much of a favor they were doing by interviewing me even though they reached out about the job.

Interviews were easy at first, but then I had to give a 30-minute presentation. The interviewers were polite, but I never got any feedback and was confused about why I didn't get an offer. It felt like a waste of time.

The hiring process was quick and efficient, with flexible scheduling. While there was a slight delay due to the hiring of a new Director, it was handled well. I liked that the meeting with the Director was a casual coffee chat instead of a formal office interview, which fit the relaxed and friendly company culture. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout.
