First they did a 30 minute phone interview. Then there was a 45 minute face to face interview. Finally, I had to do a presentation which was 5 days later. I got the results within 2 weeks.

My friend works at a financial company and told me about this role. I applied by sending my resume. After a few weeks, I got a phone call where the interviewer asked me some questions, but I didn't get the job in the end.

The interview process included a 1st round which was an IQ/Intelligence Test. This test covered a wide range of topics, including logical reasoning, mathematics, and social issues. The 2nd round was a group interview and presentation. I had to prepare and deliver a presentation on a case study about a marketing strategy to increase market share. After the presentation, we had to discuss with other candidates and come up with a creative solution. The 3rd round focused on personality, asking about my background and reasons for applying.

Behavioral

It was a basic get-to-know-you type of interview. No technical questions were asked. They were looking for someone with a good personality and diligence. It was a one-on-one interview. The company culture is conservative, so it's good to dress properly, be presentable, and be modest. Speaking Korean is a plus.
