I interviewed with the unit manager and the unit educator. It was surprising that no clinical questions came up, especially considering it was for a unit with more highly acute patients. They were both nice. I cracked some jokes and they laughed, which I took as a good sign for our sense of humor.

I had a virtual interview with three people. They weren't very warm or welcoming. The questions they asked were really general, and the manager seemed distracted, almost like they had already decided who they wanted for the position and were just going through the motions.
