I was reached out to by the company's recruiter to schedule a preliminary call. After that, I took on a test case and then went through three additional phone interviews, which were quite friendly and informal. For the fourth round, they asked me to book the meeting earlier in the week than I could because they wanted to extend an offer by that Friday. I made it work and then got an email on Friday from the HR Coordinator saying they'd update me the next week. The following week passed with no news. The week after that, I followed up to ask about any decision updates. Still no word. Naturally, I'm a bit frustrated for being strung along for 2 months of interviews and emails without a courtesy update.
