Behavioral Technical

It was an in-person interview. They started with behavioral questions, really digging into my background and experiences. Then, we went through the software platform and product. After the interview, I had an informal meeting with HR about the whole process. Overall, it was a decent experience. The office location was great, but the office atmosphere seemed a little off. I didn't get an offer in the end because they said they were 're-evaluating the needs of this job'.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had 3 interviews then a design project that was a waste of time. The recruiter and first manager seemed to like me. Was told the hiring manager is ego driven. The hiring manager didn't ask important questions, focused on the design project, and wasn't interested in me from the start. I'll never do another design project for an interview; they take your work for free and are unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out about a product manager role, leading to a screening call and then an in-person interview with a VP. The interview was mostly small talk, which was frustrating given my current workload. The VP asked about B2C experience but didn't ask good follow-up questions, and my questions about the role and KPIs weren't answered satisfactorily. The main issue was being ghosted; it's been over three weeks with no response, despite the VP mentioning it might take a while to hear back.

This was a complete waste of time. The HR person seemed inexperienced and flustered. The questions were too basic and focused on generic topics instead of skills relevant to the role.
