The whole interview process took about 6 business days. I first applied online through the company's website. Then, a recruiter emailed me saying they wanted to move forward with a panel interview online because of COVID. I interviewed with both the Claims Manager and the Claims Director. They asked me questions about myself and about different scenarios to see if I knew what was needed for the job. After that, I was given a case study to complete and send back for them to review. I got the job offer five days later.

The interview went well, even though it was late. The hiring manager said she didn't see a spark in my eyes, but I was asked to shadow employees. After shadowing, I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week. The opportunity was between me and a current employee. Communication stopped after that. I emailed the hiring manager and the HR recruiter for an update, but neither responded. A week later, I called the HR recruiter and left a detailed message, but she never called back.
