Program Therapist
I got contacted by the department manager by phone a few days after I applied. The interview was pretty straightforward and included a tour of the facility. They offered me the job within a few days. Before I could start orientation, I had to complete a background screening, drug screening, and TB test. The orientation was a one-day class.

Mental Health Technician
After applying online, I had one interview. It was very nice and thorough, and I noticed professional dress seemed to be a positive. The environment was very relaxed. I was interviewed by two people. They asked very basic questions. They told me about themselves, asked me about myself, told me about the position, and then asked if I had any questions about the job.
- Can you demonstrate strong customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond?
Receptionist
The interview process was well-structured and friendly, making me feel at home. Although I was nervous, they put me at ease. They helped with some questions and it was a fair interview. They gave a quick reply about the outcome and provided feedback. All good.
- What can you tell me about your personal life?
- Can you describe your job life?
- What are your skills?
Registered Nurse
So first, you'll have like a basic interview where they ask you questions about your experience and they'll tell you about the facility. You'll usually meet with the manager of the floor you're applying to. Sometimes HR interviews you too. They'll ask about your strengths and weaknesses and your certifications and qualifications.
- Tell me about a mistake you made and how you corrected it.
