It was a two-round interview process. The first round was with the TA, who was very pleasant and helpful. The second round was with the PM, but it was difficult to assess because they seemed disengaged from the start.

It was straightforward, but some feedback really killed my respect for them. The interviewer had a Berkeley alum join, and this alum said they didn't trust my ML skills because the class I took was from Industrial Engineering, not CS. It wasn't even a technical interview.

It was a standard interview process. It had 3 stages. First, I had a phone call with the hiring manager. Then, there was a video call with some staff engineers and the hiring manager. Finally, there was an in-person interview with more staff members I'd potentially work with.

It's been very interesting. Started on 12/15/15 - I've had 3 phone interviews (recruiter, manager, CMO), 2 psychological indexes, 1 face-to-face interview that lasted 4 hours: manager, SVP market segment, and peer portions. I submitted 3 writing samples. My 4th phone interview is this afternoon. Consistent message, even across YouTube, and the website. Still working through the process. I'm impressed - it's definitely been a give and take process. It's been fun!
