The initial video call seemed promising, suggesting a good fit between my profile and the role. However, the recruiter didn't ask any questions or show any particular interest in my experience. She said I'd hear back within the week, but I never did. I sent a polite follow-up email, but received no response. I believe larger companies should set an example of professionalism by taking a moment to reply to emails and honor their word. I understand the complexities of providing feedback, and even in my own role, I've had to provide responses to stakeholders, including those not selected. It seems to be more of an organizational and procedural issue.

This company has a great culture and people. I recently went through a 3-stage interview process for an Expert Marketing role, and even though I didn't get selected, it was the best recruitment experience I've had. I've got 14 years of marketing experience in CPG and 8 years as a hiring manager, so I've seen a lot. The process was really well-structured and respectful. First was an HR Interview (Phone Screening) where the recruiter was warm, professional, and clearly explained the next steps. They also shared insights into the company culture, which made me more excited. Then, a Hiring Manager Interview, which was a great, engaging, two-way conversation. The hiring manager was approachable and really showed the team's collaborative spirit and leadership. The last stage was a Peer & Internal Stakeholder Interview with a future colleague and an internal customer (Marketing Director). It was a smooth, open discussion where I got valuable insights into the business, strategic priorities, and challenges, all in a relaxed atmosphere. Even after the interviews, they provided constructive feedback. I really appreciated the transparency and respectful communication. This company seems to genuinely value people. I'm grateful for the experience and have a very positive impression.

It was 3 interviews total. First was with HR, then the hiring manager, and then a business case presented to counterparts and peers. The communication and response time was very good throughout the process, but after the business case presentation, contact was lost and there was no feedback.
