Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Haleon.
Senior Manager
The entire experience was pretty good and seem less. HR was very supportive and responsive and kept updated on the process. Interview difficult was average and more realistic.
- Tell me about yourself and your career vision.
Manager
The process involved a panel interview where they asked STAR format questions. They were very open about the process and when decisions would be made. The questions were tailored to the position and my previous experience. There were two rounds, and they were upfront about the salary range.
- Can you share an instance where you had to handle competing priorities?
Manager
So, there were two technical rounds, then an HR round. After that, HR called to let me know they're proceeding with creating an offer. No compensation discussion has happened yet. Is this typical for Haleon? Because even when I asked about compensation, they didn't discuss it, but at the end, they took my documents saying I'm selected and will proceed with creating the offer. The weird part is, despite having three rounds, they never asked about my current CTC or my expectations.
- Tell me about your key achievements in your current role that significantly impacted the project.
