The interview was quick and easy. They really like hiring college students. The job itself... I worked there for about a year and a half, and I saw around 80 people quit within their first two weeks, or they just didn't come back.

Behavioral Case

My friend who works at the company asked me if I was interested in this role, so the process was really simple. I didn't even need a cover letter, but I'm sure I was a special case because of the referral. The interview went really well, and I felt I got to show my potential supervisor the talent I have to offer. The company culture is pretty relaxed, the people are super friendly, and you really get to showcase your skills because it's just you and your supervisor in the department. I felt like I gained a lot of valuable experience.

The interview itself was easy and not intimidating at all. It was a one-on-one chat, and it seemed like they were just looking for someone down-to-earth who could learn quickly.
