Hair Club had a really thorough interview process, super professional! Here's how it went: applied online, got a prescreening call, then a one-on-one phone interview with the Regional Director. After that, I did a Caliper Assessment. Then there was a group/panel interview with the V.P. of Sales and two National Sales Managers. The next step was a face-to-face meeting with the Regional Director and Center Manager. I got an offer letter, but it was contingent on a background check, which they did. The day after that, I got my welcome package. Super excited to start!

Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied for a Sales Consultant role through LinkedIn. A recruiter reached out, mentioning they were particularly interested due to my background in direct patient sales, and asked if I'd like to schedule an in-person interview. I then interviewed with the local manager and was selected to move forward. The next step involved an interview with the manager and a regional sales manager. Unfortunately, I didn't perform as well in that interview, mainly because I wasn't prepared; I was working and had a really hectic week. This interview included questions about hypothetical situations.

The interview process was very professional and thorough. I had an initial phone interview with the talent acquisition team, followed by a phone interview with both the regional and national VP of Sales. The final stage was an in-person interview with the centre manager. There were a total of 4 interviews.
