Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied online and heard back a week later for a recruiter call to set up a phone interview. The recruiter called me for 30 minutes, then a week later I spoke with the Regional Director for 30 minutes. Three days after that, I had a 30-minute call with the Sales VP. A week later, I had a working interview at the center which was scheduled from 10 AM to 5 PM. During the working interview, I attended the morning meeting to observe staff presentations, shadowed staff members around the center, did a role play with the Regional Director, had lunch with the Regional Director, and shadowed the Office Manager.

After submitting my application, I had a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, I spoke with the area manager and the VP of operations over the phone. After completing a personality test, I went to a local center for an in-person interview with the manager. This interview involved situational questions and interactive activities. A background check was completed, and then I received an offer. The recruiting team kept me updated throughout the entire process, and they were really great.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was recommended by a previous employee, so that was my intro. First, I had a quick chat with the recruiter. Then, I went to the office for the hiring manager interview, but he was remote, so we did an hour and fifteen minute phone call instead, followed by a facility tour. After that, I had a panel interview over the phone with four other people who asked me questions, and I got to ask them questions too. The whole thing went pretty smoothly, and the recruiters kept me in the loop about what was next.
