It was a very thorough interview process with several different people in multiple levels of the organization. Everyone I interacted with was personable, professional, and seemed very passionate about their career and the company. I was very excited about the potential to work here. I ended up removing myself from further interviews because of scheduling conflicts with my husband's career (we would have both had to work on Saturdays if I was offered the job). Otherwise, I would have loved to have been offered the opportunity to join this team of passionate people!

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter within 2 weeks. The process was pretty smooth: Area Manager, Assessment, Regional VP, In-Club Experience Interview, Background Check, and then Offer. The Talent Acquisition Specialist kept me updated between each stage. Each interview was really inspiring, especially after talking to the Regional VP and during the In-Club Experience Interview with the Area Manager. I liked that they really focus on finding the right fit and show you the company culture, not just tell you about it.

A HairClub Talent Acquisition Manager emailed me to set up an interview. I called her and we scheduled a time. The next day, she called me, and we discussed my past experience, the role, and my management style. She felt I was a good fit and wanted to pass me to the Area Manager for a virtual interview. She sent a Microsoft Teams link for the next day, which lasted about 20 minutes.
