After one interview, they informed me that they were changing the role to a lower title and lower salary due to an internal reorg and wanted to know if I would still be interested in continuing the process. When I asked for a new job description since it was a different title and pay, they ghosted me. They were clearly looking for someone to fulfill the same requirements as an Associate Brand Manager, but at a lower rate & title.

First, there was a screening chat with HR, which lasted about 15-25 minutes. It was quite friendly and mostly covered basic things like your current experience, what you know about the company, and a description of the role. After that, there was a follow-up interview with a director or VP.

The whole process was really quick and efficient. After I applied, HR got in touch within a few days for the first interview, which was a phone call. They asked some basic stuff like why I want the job and why I'm interested in this company. Then there was a second phone call with a Brand Manager who asked pretty standard questions about branding and marketing.
