It was a very chill interview but I never got a follow up afterwards. It only took around 10 minutes and they asked more about my schedule rather than situational questions. It would have been nice to be followed up with afterwards.

When you get here and say you are here for the job interview they will ask you what position and give you two pages to fill out at a table. These pages normally ask for things from your resume, like your past jobs and how much school youve completed. They ask for three professional references, and I don't know if you need to fill all three out. The person interviewing you will then chat with you briefly and ask if you have any questions. After that, the interview is over, and you will find out by text if you got the job.

Had a chat with the shift manager first, talking about my background, experience, and interest in working at HaiDiLao. They were really nice and easy to talk to. Then, I had a phone call with the Operations manager where we discussed the job, what's needed, and the work schedule. They asked a few more questions specific to the role. Sadly, my availability didn't match up with their needs, so I wasn't asked to move on to the training.
