It was the usual thing: a call with HR, then the hiring manager, then a peer on the team. I was feeling good about the job after the first two talks, but the last call with the peer really showed me this place wasn't the right fit. It was super awkward and aggressive, and I knew it was a no-go (from me and them) before we even hung up. But, I never even got an official 'thanks, but no thanks' email. Just ghosted. The interviews were pretty easy and focused more on fitting in with the culture than on skills or what I wanted to do.

It was a super quick process, only about a week. I sent in my resume online and got an email the very next day asking me to come in for an in-person interview. After that interview, I got the good news within a week that I got accepted into the intern program. Before we started, all the interns got together for an orientation, and we got a tour of the office, where we met everyone.

I sent in my resume and other stuff after applying through a referral and got scheduled for an interview pretty fast. I had a phone interview, and then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. They accidentally double booked me, so I had to do another round of interviews. It wasn't too bad, and things moved pretty quickly except for when they let me know I didn't get the job.

Super friendly and no pressure interview. The interviewer was kind, a great listener, and seemed genuinely interested in learning about me and my relevant experience. They were responsive over email after the interview. I'm waiting to hear back.
