I'd like to provide feedback on my interview experience. I arrived on time, but I was only seen about two hours later, with no explanation or prior notice. During the interview, I felt a lack of attention and professionalism because the person in charge was on their phone almost the entire time, making the conversation very brief and superficial. Furthermore, the way I was treated felt disrespectful, leading to a very negative experience. I believe interviews also reflect the company's culture, and I hope this feedback can help improve how interviews are conducted and how managers are trained.
