Had a really good and engaging initial call with the recruiter. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager, who seemed to have a really clear idea of what they wanted. After that, I met with some other important people. It was cool to see how talented, dedicated, and energetic everyone was.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was unimpressive. They interviewed for a high-level position with international scope, but the process was very unprofessional, conducted by a recent hire. They posted the opportunity as remote-only, but then rejected candidates for not wanting to relocate. They allowed candidates to get far into the process before rejecting them with zero feedback. At this level of opportunity, solid feedback is expected.
