Submitted resume and cover letter, then was quickly invited for an interview. Traveled 4 hours to the Greenville, SC office for the first interview with the Development Team. Was asked general interview questions along with a couple of job-specific ones. About a week later, I was invited back to Greenville for a second interview with other department heads. This second interview was very similar to the first, mostly asking basic questions.

It started with a phone screen with the hiring manager. A week later, I had a call with another team member. A few weeks after that, I went to HQ for an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a second interview with two other team members. Then it took another 5 weeks to get the decision.

Saw the job posting online, applied with my resume and references and got a phone call back. Had a quick phone interview, then they checked my references. Went in for an in-person interview a couple weeks later. Got an offer within a couple of days after that, pending a background check.
