I applied online and got a quick response. First, I had a phone interview to talk about the job and my background. After that, I had another, longer phone interview, and then they made me an offer.

The interview process went on for 5 months. I had to keep following up because they said they were too busy during the summer, which I found out later wasn't true from another Sales Rep. After a lot of interviewing over several days, taking 3 vacation days, traveling to their headquarters and customer sites, and completing aptitude and psychological tests, they sent an email saying they went with someone else. They really didn't respect my time or what I went through. The final interview was poorly managed by them, and they didn't prepare me for it. They mentioned again they wanted someone with an engineering background, which I thought we'd already addressed after the first interview and tests. It was ridiculous.

HR reached out to me, then the director got in touch, and after two interviews, I got the offer. It was a good experience, a really good process for interns. They asked about my education, what I'm interested in, my career aspirations, and my hobbies.
