I applied and they called me a few days later for an interview. It was a group interview where they just asked us about our resumes. We were called back for individual interviews too.

First, I had a phone interview. Then, I went in for an in-person interview. The second part started with a computer-based personality test. After that, I met one-on-one with a manager, which was really nice. It felt very professional there. They didn't ask any tricky questions. A few days later, I got a call for a follow-up. For the second interview, I met with two people who would be my direct supervisors. They told me more about the job and I got to present my case and ask my own questions. It was a really friendly, conversational chat. The employees there seem to really love their jobs! I got an offer within four days. The benefits were great, though the salary was a bit lower than I was hoping for. I almost took it anyway because the environment was so professional and friendly. They're a top-notch organization.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Applied online and got contacted by an outside recruiter. Had a good interview with them. Was invited back twice to meet the staff, which required taking time off my full-time job. Scheduled a final interview with the CEO. The day of, the interview was postponed due to a scheduling issue. The day before the rescheduled CEO interview, it was canceled with no clear reason, and the position was canceled. This was the worst treatment I've experienced, especially after rearranging my schedule. I emailed those I met with for an explanation but got no response, which felt insulting. Glad it didn't work out, as I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats people this way.

I got an email to set up a time for the first phone screen. I spoke with someone during the first phone screen. Then I had an interview with a panel. They asked some situational questions. Looking back, they didn't give much info, but made a lot of promises. Also, the people at the office seemed unhappy or stressed. The company is in California, but the management is conservative.
