Received an invitation for an initial Teams meeting. The preparation was good and the interviewer was pleasant. Towards the end, they gave an outlook on the next steps and a timeframe. Unfortunately, a second interview did not take place. After I contacted them myself, I was told that the requirements had changed.

The interview process was comfortable and well-organized. It involved several management-level interviews and a simple assessment. The first two rounds were via Zoom with HR and sales leaders, followed by in-person meetings with the global lead and senior regional manager.

On the day of my interview, I was first welcomed by two junior employees who then conducted small assessment center tests with me. The relaxed atmosphere and the exchange with peers greatly reduced my nervousness. Furthermore, I think it's very successful to hear directly from apprentices themselves what the training at Hörmann looks like. The subsequent interview took place in a very trusting and open atmosphere. I went home with a pleasant feeling.
