H/L Agency Interview Questions
& Process

I am based in France and want to do this mission remotely for 6 months. I guarantee all the rigor and confidentiality required by my level of education (Bac+4). I have the necessary digital tools to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews, but the agency didn't even send a rejection email. The recruiter, who was out of the loop, was my contact. HR didn't respond to my emails about PTO and healthcare. There seemed to be a lot of team miscommunication.

I had an HR screening video call and then an in-person interview. The process was simple and straightforward. Getting to the office was a little tricky from the city, but not too bad overall. Everyone was very welcoming and a pleasure to meet.

HR reached out through email with some questions to answer before a phone chat. After I sent my answers, I talked with HR, and they said in-person interviews were happening the next week. I didn't hear back until late one afternoon the following week, asking if I could come in the very next morning. Since I was interested and free, the short notice was fine. The in-person interview was pretty standard, but there were 5 interviewers, though only 3 were physically present. The other 2 joined by phone. The following week, HR contacted me again, mentioning they might change the title and job description to Account Director and would send the updated listing once it was available because they 'had to follow process.' I never heard back that day, so I followed up by email and then found out they had hired someone else. The whole process felt pretty disorganized and poorly managed.
