It was a pretty relaxed interview process. They asked standard questions, and everyone made me feel at ease. They went over the benefits and pay in good detail. There were two interviews, each with a different group of people. After they offered me the job, I was able to start in two weeks.

I applied for the Process Engineer role in March 2021, and after a previous experience at Hoganas, I was contacted by HR in May 2021 for a Teams call with two technical managers and HR. The interview went well, but in July, I was told I was overqualified and might be a better fit for a Metallurgist position. In September 2021, HR scheduled an on-site interview for the end of September, where I met managers, HR, and team members, and toured the plant. Despite expecting feedback within 2-3 weeks, there was no news after 1.5 months, even after following up 5-6 times, being told they were still interviewing. In mid-November, the manager informed me another candidate was selected. The recruitment process was very slow and archaic, with decisions taking weeks or months. I received a rejection 8 months after applying. This slow process was frustrating and made me question how they treat employees.

Entrevista com RH, seguida por um teste no Word onde precisei fazer cálculos com tabelas envolvendo mo e refugo, além de responder perguntas teóricas sobre Sop e mps/mrp. Depois, teve um teste no Excel, onde precisei usar Tabela Dinâmica e Macro, montando tudo com a base de dados.
