The interview process started with a questionnaire that included inappropriate questions about pregnancy, health status, and financial background. The job offer was for 11€ gross per hour with 20 working days of vacation. It also required working 10 Sundays a year. However, the working hours were completely flexible and self-organized. The conversation itself was very polite and friendly.

I had a very nice conversation. I had to prepare a short presentation. The interview took place in Berlin with two people. Both were very friendly. Overall, I had a positive impression. However, I didn't think the salary was appropriate for the number of hours. However, 45 hours were required for minimal salary.
