First, there's an HR conversation with the usual questions. If that goes well, you'll be invited for an assessment where your motivation, personality, and intelligence are tested. If all that is good, you'll proceed to the Get Hired day. This is a full day of various tests with all applicants. You'll be monitored the entire day, and within a few days, you'll find out if you got the job and the reasons why.

It was a temporary position, they reached out to me. I had to complete some training in the Academy and take some tests. If you passed, you could start and I did start, but it was really tough, which is why I quit.

The hiring process had two main steps: first, an interview with HR, and second, a final interview with the hiring manager. There was a three-week wait between these, during which I had to follow up once for an update. The initial HR interview focused on my background, experience, salary expectations, and provided company and benefits info. The second interview with the manager was more detailed, covering the job description and required skills. I learned why the position was open and an estimated start date. The first interview was in-person at the office with HR, and the second was online because the manager was overseas. Both interviews were relaxed and felt like discussions, not overly formal, which helped me appreciate the company culture, values, and behaviors.

It was a very long process with unclear procedures. There was a skills test and figure series. It was nice to get feedback over the phone. The selection process was very unprofessional. You do so many tests and invest a lot of time, but during feedback, I was told that the gut feeling wasn't right. A shame for the effort and my time.
