The interview process was very informative and professional. They avoided typical corporate interview questions like "tell me about a time when you...", which allowed for a more natural conversation rather than a rehearsed one.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. After I sent my resume and some info, I had a phone interview with another recruiter. The process was very transparent; she explained the role, benefits, the team, and work hours. She also contacted me to let me know about the year-end break and when the process would resume. Although I didn't get an offer, the process was positive overall due to the recruiter's transparency and kindness. The only downside was that my request for feedback on areas for improvement wasn't provided.

I interviewed with the hiring manager and her assistant. They offered me a position as an executive assistant. Then, they quickly changed the position and told me it was up to me to make the final decision. I still accepted the new position, but then they told me they got someone else from the office to do the job. I did not entirely believe this. They should have been more transparent with this process.
