The interview process consisted of two phone call interviews, one with HR and another with a senior engineer. Then there was a follow-up in person interview which included a tour of the facilities. Both interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to.

I applied via a recruiting agency. Got a call saying they wanted me. Then, after a week of no contact, HR apparently cancelled the job and was not upfront about it - which doesn't seem right.

The process was long because people were remote but it was average difficulty. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, then a take home test, followed by a 1:1 with the Hiring Manager, then a 1:1 with HR. After that, there were 1:1 phone screens with 2 future peers and a 1:1 with the CEO. Finally, there was a background check and drug screen, and a benefits review with HR.

I had a phone interview with the director of R&D in Newton, MA. The questions were mostly about my resume and past experience. He was a nice guy, but his Indian accent made him hard to understand on the phone. He couldn't fully answer my questions about the job duties, only the general topic. After that, I had a one-on-one interview with another boss a few weeks later. It seemed pretty informal and didn't cover anything new compared to the phone interview. He was really laid back and easy to talk to.
