Started with an HR interview, then a phone interview with my future manager. After that, I had a four-hour face-to-face interview with four different technical managers. They asked some technical and behavioral questions to assess my fit with the company culture. Everyone I met there was supportive, nice, and helpful. It seems like a great company!

I applied in mid-November of 2009, but didn't hear back from them until mid-January. The process was pretty in depth with an initial screening, a phone interview and then an in-person interview. The in person interview was with 2 sets of 2 people who came back together at the end to interview me. Altogether the interview took about 4 hours. I've been told that was unique, so if you find yourself going over 45 minutes, you might be on to something.

I applied by sending a cover letter and resume to a hiring manager, then was told to apply online. After that, I had an interview where the hiring managers talked about their projects. They were really interested in my background and how I thought it could fit with their company. I got a phone call about an offer and next steps.
