I had the interview at the end of October and it went great. They called me saying the position was mine and that I would start in two days. After submitting my details for onboarding, they told me I had to do a two-hour trial working in the store. When I finished, they said everything was fine and called me at 11 pm, happy about the test results, but that they didn't have the position available. They said they'd contact me in December to start working directly without a prior interview. It's now January and I'm still waiting. They aren't answering the phone or emails. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I submitted my resume since they didn't have any paper applications. About 3 days later, they called me to set up an interview for 4 PM the same day. I went, and the interviewer asked me about myself, my previous jobs, and other things like my favorite movie and ice cream flavor. She then asked for two references and said she'd contact them over the weekend. The next day, I received a job offer.
