Pleasant atmosphere. Relaxed HR. Conversations at eye level, not a typical interview feeling, yet challenging. Interest in the person was present, not just in their work capacity. Overall, a transparent conversation.

The HR contact was really nice. The interview with the executive wasn't very engaging and was brief. They could have allocated a bit more time to get to know me better. The executive seemed busy or short on time, which makes you wonder why they didn't just reschedule.

Behavioral Presentation

Overall great! It's more than an interview, it's more like a conversation. The key is not to go with any expectations but rather to let it flow organically. Be prepared, but also don't overthink it, pause to every answer and be tranquil and firm. There are three interviews in the process, so be patient. But they are really easy to talk to.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I met with the analysts in the M&A department, which consists of just two people. The interview was very laid-back and focused on my class experience and fundamental accounting knowledge. The whole thing lasted about an hour. A good portion of that time was spent explaining the intern's responsibilities. They're looking for someone who's already got some experience under their belt, rather than someone completely new to internships.
