The interview was really relaxed and I felt at ease. First, we had an interview, and then I had to demonstrate my skills at one of their training spots. I also went through some scenarios where I had to pretend to sell training to clients, like a travel salesperson. They gave me everything I needed to sell training packages and made sure I was good to go.
