It's concerning to be asked if you don't trust people when you hire them, especially from someone in a management position. This raises the question of why the position remains unfilled. I would decline an offer if one were made.

The first step was a 3-person panel interview. It felt pretty laid back, more like a chat where you learn about the company and they learn about you, which I liked. If you did well in the first interview, you'd get invited to a second interview, also with a 3-person panel but different people. Both interviews were chill, and they actually answered a lot of questions even before we asked them. They really just want to see the genuine you, so being yourself, open, and honest is the best approach. Definitely show off your personality!
