Started with a chat with TA to go over the role and ask questions, then a chat with the hiring manager to discuss what you bring to the table. Next was a panel interview with an assignment, where you'd show how your past work could add value. Finally, a culture check with people from other departments to get a feel for the company.

I had 2 stages in this interview process. First was a video call with two hiring managers. Second was another video call which included some tasks. I had to write an email pitch beforehand and we talked about it on the day. I also had to prep a presentation about my understanding of GWI and present it in the final stage interview. And I was asked to prep some discovery questions to ask following BANT.

So first I had to submit a video answering some questions, which was pretty simple. They even sent a link to help me prepare. After that, I had an HR screening. Before that interview, they sent a PDF outlining the whole process and some info about the company, super transparent. And before the presentation interview, they gave me a deck and links to help me get ready. Honestly, it was the most transparent interview process I've ever been through, and it really gave me a good feel for what working there would be like.
