It was a nice interview, pretty laid back actually. I liked that it was led by junior employees instead of senior managers. It didn't work out in the end because it wasn't the right fit, but it was a good experience.

First, I had a phone call with an HR recruiter where we discussed my current job and background, and also my salary expectations. After that, I had an in-person interview where we talked about different research scenarios and how to handle them. Then, I was sent a task via email to finish before my next interview. For the final interview, we reviewed the task, and discussed the decisions I made and any other questions about the role. I also got a quick office tour.
