Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GWI.
Analyst
There were three interview rounds, one of which included a task or presentation. The process was well organized and everyone was friendly. The last interview was a cultural fit discussion. All questions were standard.
- Tell me about your experience with client-facing work.
Analyst
Started with a recruiter phone call, then had a few calls with the hiring manager and VP. The final interview involved a presentation, although the instructions could have been clearer. Everyone was very nice.
- Questions were asked about experience, skills, and competencies.
Analyst
I went through 3 job applications, which resulted in 5 interviews and 2 offers. I declined both offers because the companies were not willing to pay the advertised salary due to my lack of specific database experience. GWI seems like a great place to work, but it's disappointing when they promote perks while offering a lower salary than advertised, especially when people have bills to pay. It also appears to be a challenging company to get hired into, especially when they consider internal candidates for the same roles.
- What are your career aspirations for the next 3-5 years?
